When Will My Order Ship? 

I do my best to get every order mailed out within 7 days from the receipt of your order, but I am a mom of 2 small children and sometimes unforeseen delays may occur. If they do I will always keep you posted. I strive to deliver faster than 7 days, but all of our jewelry is handmade, so the process takes time, but is worth the wait. If you are in a hurry, please let me know and I can often offer rush production and shipping. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.


How Can I Cancel My Order?
 

You can cancel your order up until the time it is shipped. Email me at Sales@SusanHarbourt.com to cancel.


Do You Ship Internationally?
 

Yes! We do accept orders outside the continental United States. You should have the option to select your country at checkout. I will fill out my customs form accurately and will include a copy of your invoice for customs purposes, but I will not be responsible for any VAT or Customs Fees that may occur on your end.


How Will My Order Be Shipped?
 

All items are shipped in a sturdy gift box placed in either a fully recyclable bubble mailer for USPS Priority Mail box. Standard shipping with in the US is via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. USPS International First Class is used for international orders. Once your items is ready for shipping, you will receive an auto generated email from me with tracking and shipping data.


Will I Be Charged Sales Tax? 

Sales tax of 8.75% applies only to shipping addresses located in Illinois.


What Bracelet Sizes Are Available?
 

XS—6.5 in. S—7 in. M—7.5 in. L—8 in. XL—8.5 in.


What Cuff Sizes Are Available (Length of metal excludes the 1" standard adjustment gap opening) ?
 

XS—4 in. S—5 in. M—6 in. L—7 in. XL—8 in.


What Necklace Lengths Are Available? 

16", 18", 20", 24", and Custom Lengths Upon Request


What Ankle Bracelet Sizes Are Available?
 

XS—8.5 in. S—9 in. M—9.5 in. L—10.5 in. XL—11 in.


What Ring Sizes Are Available?
 

3 up to a 13 Including Half and Whole Sizes.  Please note if you order a ring and the size I mail you is slightly off, I will resize for free to the correct it to the ordered size.  If you order a ring and choose to have it resized to a different size than you ordered I must charge a ring sizing fee of $10 per half size of change.   


What Components Are Used In The Jewelry?
 

We use only the finest quality freshwater pearls, Swarovski® crystal, semi-precious stones, sterling silver, gold, and reclaimed Copper.


Can I Place A Special Order?

Do You Make Custom Wedding Jewelry?
 

Definitely! I have designed custom jewelry for many brides and their bridesmaids for the special day. Discounted rates are offered for batch orders. If you would like more information, please contact me at Custom@SusanHarbourt.com.


Do you host Jewelry Parties?
 

Yes I do, but only if it is within a drivable distance from my house.  I also offer online Trunk Sales and Jewelry Parties.  Email me at Sales@SusanHarbourt.com to get more info!

 

What Is Your Privacy Policy? 

1) Your personal details will remain private and confidential. We will never sell or rent your personal details to any other company. All data collected is for our internal use only. 2) We receive and may store any information you enter on our website. For example, we collect information you provide when you place an order, register with us, send us an e-mail or call us. This information may include: Your name Your mailing address Your e-mail address Your phone number 3) We may from time to time, send you pertinent information on special offers, giveaways or special discounts, should you choose to subscribe to it.


What Is Your Return Policy? 

When you purchase any product from Susan Harbourt Designs, I want you to be completely satisfied. My goal is to ensure that the quality, durability, and fit match your expectations. I understand that sometimes when you see something in person you may not love it as much as you thought you would. I want to be fair and have you as a happy return customer, so I will accept returns, repairs, exchanges, and modification requests within 14 days. However, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and in some cases a 12% restocking fee if the return is after 14 days.  Custom orders may not be able to be returned, contact me first to discuss options.  If you have any questions about your order, please let me know as soon as possible. We will send you a replacement or store credit within 2 weeks of receipt of your returned jewelry. Product Replacement: When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item once I receive, approve and process the returned item.
